Our five Manhattan special event spaces are among the most prestigious and popular event lofts in New York City. These Midtown Manhattan venues are equally desired as New York City corporate event sites as they are for Manhattan weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, Bat Mitzvahs, and other special events and parties in NYC. This is because people seeking to have Manhattan corporate events or Manhattan private events both desire the unique look, feel, creativity and personalization that is offered at our New York City loft spaces.
All five event lofts have their own flexible floor plans, which enable client's great flexibility in the design and flow of their events. Our event spaces flexible floor plans allow for each space to be easily partitioned in a discrete fashion, in ways where it can be customized to fit your desired guests counts and needs.
All of our event lofts are surrounded by windows which offer a great deal of natural sun light into the spaces by day and offers beautiful views of the city lights by night. Some of our event lofts come with outside terraces while other of our event lofts offer outside rooftop space, which are often used for New York wedding ceremonies and receptions. The look, size and features of our loft spaces vary considerably which offers us the ability to accommodate the wide range of looks and feels sought by our diverse cliental. All are great venues in New York City.
To assist in creating different looks our trademark brushed silver and crystal chandeliers, which are located in Loft 11, Penthouse 15 and The Westside Loft, are all removable so that a more modern or a more industrial look can be created. The silver beaded chandeliers at Studio 450 can also be easily removed to make way for other lighting options. Each event space includes some lounge furniture and other accent pieces that can be used or removed at the discretion of our clients.
Since four of our five locations are located in the same building on different floors, this allows our clients the ability and flexibility to expand beyond the capacities and space offered by any one of our lofts alone. It is common for companies to rent two or more of our venues simultaneously to suit the needs and desires of their particular events. All five of our lofts are extremely conveniently located on the Westside of Midtown Manhattan where they are within several blocks from the Jacob Javits Center, Madison Square Garden and various forms of public transportation.
