Loft 12 is a very small event space, which has the feel of a bright, cheerful, city apartment. This event space has two terraces with beautiful NYC views in addition to hardwood floors, exposed brick walls and faux finished walls. This event space includes a beautiful bar and lounge furniture.

This event space is also ideal for small Manhattan corporate meetings, bridal showers, corporate cocktail parties, brainstorming sessions, cigar parties, rehearsal dinners and is the perfect event venue for any intimate NYC party.

The entire event space fits up to 30 guests for a sit down catered event and up to 45 guests for a cocktail party. The minimum recommended guest count for this event space is ten guests.
