All of our event spaces are used to suit the needs and desires of both photographers and their clients. Our lofts offer moderate to high amounts of natural light and serve as the perfect backdrop for many different types of photo shoots.

Our event venues offer a number of different outdoor options utilizing our terraces and roof top space. We also, at times, make available for rent, our upper deck, located above the roof of Studio 450’s penthouse room. This upper deck has no railings and gives a panoramic view of numerous city landmarks, including, the Empire State Building and The Hudson River.

Our event lofts offer photographers a huge selection of other desirable and interesting backdrops, such as, fire places, exposed brick walls and arched doorways while other of our event venues offer industrial and modern backdrops for photo shoots.

We allow photographers the option of choosing to rent all or a part of a portion of our event venue at a rate that is discounted to suit the needs and budgets imposed on many photographers. To receive these discounted rates photographers must wait to see which event lofts and studios are still available two weeks or less prior to the scheduled date of the photo shoot. At that point they would be choosing amongst the event venues that have still not been rented at our standard prices for our normal corporate and private events.
